These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Memry Cards (the "Service") at https://memry.cards.

Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Accounts and authentication

You may need to sign in to use certain features. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

Your content

You may create content in the Service (for example, flashcards) ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Memry Cards a limited license to host, store, and display your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in a way that violates any law.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service (including probing or scanning for vulnerabilities).
  • Access the Service using automated means in a way that burdens the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting contact@memry.cards.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memry Cards will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we update these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date.
